Mission
At CPS, we strive to provide the highest level of security while maintaining a business-friendly, localized, rapid-response environment. As a privately-owned, New York City- based company, we pride ourselves in being easily accessible to clients. That means no obtrusive levels of bureaucracy stand in the way of reaching a key executive with the authority to make immediate decisions. Other security firms may be larger, but none are more personable, more responsive, or more authentically New York than CPS.
Accessibility is reflected even in our main office, conveniently located in central Manhattan at 261 West 35th Street.
History
- Formed in 2006, CPS immediately set about securing the property portfolio of a top New York Metropolitan Area realty holdings and management company.
- In 2007, CPS expanded into Connecticut, handling security there for an excess of 1.6 million square feet of office space.
- From it’s base of providing Class A building security, the company has recently expanded services into the areas of investigations, threat assessments, event security and executive protection.
- Since the company’s inception, CPS has more than doubled in size.
