We are keenly aware that our success or failure rests squarely on the shoulders of our security officers. That’s why we carefully screen candidates and make every effort to hire and retain the most qualified and performance-driven personnel. We demand, on behalf of our clients and our company, that Security Officers consistently meet high standards of professionalism. Anything less is not tolerated.

Field Supervisors

Through field supervision we ensure that our expectations and those of our clients are being met or exceeded in terms of attitude, appearance and performance. The motto we follow in maintaining high standards is ”We inspect what we expect.” By regularly interacting with our security officers, Field Supervisors stay keenly aware of what is going on in the field. This continuous review process also provides a means for officers and other CPS staff to voice concerns and/or make suggestions for service improvements.

Perimeter and Interior Patrol Services

CPS has the flexibility and capabilities to offer a variety of security services from foot, concierge, bicycle and motor vehicle patrol. We can provide security in a variety of settings including Class “A” office buildings, construction sites, and special events.
